Finance And Cost Control Supervisor

Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.- Manage the preparation and creation of the company's budget.- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.- Assisting Finance Accounting Manager in controlling all financial and accounting related matter in the company.- Providing financial report and interpret financial information, while recommending further courses of action.- Managing and developing member / subordinates.- Man / Woman- Minimum 2 years' experience in Finance field- Advance competency in Corporate Finance, Cost Control, and Budgeting- Well-organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively internally and with other parties
