Conduct research on mutual fund products.
- Conduct research on user interface design for mutual fund products (whether user understand the product, word selections)
- Work as a front-end product manager for internet securities and fund trading platforms, participate in innovative product development for mutual funds.
- Referring to global competing products and user requirements, organizing team brainstorming meetings and quickly translating them into product prototype drawings based on meeting points.
- Responsible for continuous in-depth research on users, and constantly revising the product prototype plan and various details according to users' opinions.
- Responsible for the continuous innovation of the product with the commercial team to provide excellent investment guidance and tools for retail investors.
- As the project owner, continuously follow up the data completion of the project and iterate the product design based on the data.
- Combine the industry characteristics and trends by taking charge of product innovation of instalment products in consumption scenarios.
- Collaborate with teams of business, operation, risk control, capital, and other stakeholders, to implement financial product solutions for online and in-store scenarios in different industries.
- Coordinate the resources from tech support, testing, and others to advance project development, complete the delivery of solutions to customers, and track the online operation performance of products.
- Be responsible for the commercial results of products and customer experience.
- To succeed in this Product Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively across borders and internal matrix.
**Requirements**:

- Graduated from reputable Indonesian Top University
- Responsible, Open-minded, willing to learn, and not stubborn.
- Ability to think from the users' perspectives, caring for the details of product experience, and come up with effective product solutions combined with the local users' characteristics
- Experience with investment in mutual fund products is preferred.
- Pursue excellence, being radical truthful, open minded and smart.
- Able to use excel to create financial modelling or simulation is a plus
- Able to back test historical data based on several parameters using excel is a plus
- Able to use bloomberg is a plus
- Able to think critically and logically is a plus
- Really curious and have emphaty towards other people is a plus
