**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Accounting Staff.
The role will be responsible for end-to-end financial processes, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and communicating financial information to management.
This position will work closely with other departments, such as Operations and Administration.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process invoices
- Process payroll
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Communicating with clients directly
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Participate in financial audits
- Track bank deposits and payments
**Qualifications**
- Experienced in invoicing and accounts payable
- Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis
- Fluency in finance concepts and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Relevant professional certification or advanced degree is a plus
- Experience working in education or tutoring industry is a plus
