Finance Admin

**Job Description**:- Supports AM regarding meeting needs with customers or prospective customers.- Responsible for project preparation, report and administration, such as purchase orders to vendors, agreement, and budget expenditures.- Facilitating trainings, events, or visits from customers.- Arranges business trips for directors and employees.- Responsible for correspondence activities.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Accounting, Economics or related fields- At least 1 years of experienced in the fields of sales operations, reporting, analysis, finance- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment- Prior experienced with handle projects administration- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Must have good interpersonal skills- Detail oriented, service oriented, and result driven- Will be placed in BSD (FDS' sister company - PT Asta Protek Jiarsi)Ability to commute/relocate:- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
