**Responsibilities**
- Managing and supervising the finance and accounting department's daily operations.
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and financial reports.
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting method, policies, and principles.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Supervise and ensure that all financial reports are completed on time.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree required; Accounting or finance preferred
- Maximum age 35 Years Old
- At least 5 years working experienced in related field
- Have a very good understanding of Financial and Accounting system flows and processes
- Proven experienced to using Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience in handling tax & accounting
- Detail-oriented
- Good analytical skill
- Have negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Have Brevet A&B Certificate
