About the Finance Accounting Manager Role:
As the Finance Accounting Manager, you will have to lead and manage the company’s accounting and financial actual performance, planning and forecast.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for P&L, cash flow and balance sheet activities

Ensure compliance with accounting guidelines and that all regulations and requirements

Handle all aspects related to finance and controlling functions

Support management and CFO in achieving excellent business result through good business analysis, sound knowledge in processes and strategic thinking

Develop and maintain good professional relationship with relevant stakeholders within the company and related business associates

To succeed in this role you must possess excellent accounting and finance skills.

Key Requirements:

Relevant bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance or other related disciplines

Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience preferably in FMCG or pharmaceutical business and experience working in a controller function

Fluency in English; both written and verbal

Ability to work in a multicultural environment, excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong business and commercial acumen with experience in business and process analysis skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Ability to work with senior management team and can provide appropriate responses

Proven team management (managerial) experience and can effectively engage with team members
