Finance Account Receivable Supervisor

Supervising and managing Account Receivable Accounting team

Monitoring and ensuring the accuracy and productivity of the account receivable function

Ensuring all incoming funds to the company can be accounted for and properly documented both daily and monthly

Managing all acounting receivables and incoming payments is aligned with financial policies and procedures

Performing daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, calculating, posting, and storing accounts receivable data

Performing reconciliation based on data/records of merchant's settlement daily and weekly

Collaborating with Sales team related to Revenue

Processing sales reports and conducting closing the Account Receivable

Ensuring accurate and timely closing reports

As a key person in issues related to accounts receivable transactions

At least 3 years of experience as Account Receivable

Proven experience in SaaS, startup, e-commerce, or technological company will be preferred

Capable of performing Financial Report closing

Strong understanding in Finance & Accounting

Highly proactive and willing to take extra miles in executing responsibilities

Sharp attention to details while maintaining considerable speed in execution

**ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE**:
Fluent in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet

Familiar with accounting software, Oracle Netsuite will be preferred
