Responsibilities:
Work with management and the rest of the sales team to develop sales strategies for urban / rural Bali
With management, determine metrics for monthly sales targets
Execute sales plan including: door to door, open booth, call, whatsapp, email and other sales channels
Meet monthly sales targets
Ensure accurate and on time sales data input
Conduct branding activities in the field (posters, stickers, etc.) whenever necessary
Commit to brand awareness events and functions such as festivals, markets, refill stations, volunteer activities, etc.
Report field observations to management to improve existing sales strategy
Commit to keeping detailed customer information and working with in-office team on execution of customer service procedure
Work hours will generally be 9 am - 5 pm, however you are expected to use your own networks and discretion in meeting with your prospective leads and therefore required to manage your own schedule to get the job done.
Commit to weekly in-person meetings withterrateam

Essential Qualifications:
Must be based in Bali
Minimum education of SMK or equivalent
Have Indonesian drivers licence type C and willing to arrange own transport
Fluent spoken Indonesian language, good spoken English, Balinese language a bonus but not required
Knows Bali geography and well connected with local distribution outlets
At least 2 years of sales experience with sales results - must be able to demonstrate from previous positions
Must be able to provide a reference from previous employer where proven sales results were accomplished
Agreatpersonality and a strong moral character. Trustworthy
Professional in all interactions: dress code, verbal and written
Able to work independently and with a team, great time management
Go-getter and self-starter
Ability to work in the office and in the field meeting with partners

Preferred Skills, but not required if the person meets all the above criteria:
Experience researching sales channels
Education or experience in creating a sales strategy and developing SOPs for sales
Experience in or understanding of reseller programs and/or multi level marketing
