Membentuk kepercayaan para pelanggan terhadap performa perusahaan atau toko dan kualitas barang yang dijual.
Menebak kebutuhan para pelanggan dan membantu pelanggan untuk memilih barang yang sesuai dengan apa yang mereka inginkan.
Menjawab pertanyaan para pelanggan dan melayani komplain dari pelanggan dengan baik.
Menginformasikan kualitas barang hingga cara perawatannya kepada pelanggan.
Melaksanakan standar layanan pramuniaga dengan sebaik mungkin.
Bertanggung jawab untuk mencapai produktivitas kerja yang maksimal.
Bertanggung jawab mencapai target sales.
Dapat memberi informasi yang benar kepada pelanggan secara bijak.
