Field Sales Executive The Field Sales Executive will develop, drive, and grow Ninja Xpress's presence in Indonesia by expanding our social commerce market through a process-driven, coordinated sales effort with the local sales team.
The role also involves managing current clients to ensure the best customer experience.
Responsibilities Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
Make business approach calls to prospective clients.
Track prospects, identify decision makers, understand specific qualifications, and offer the best solutions tailored to client needs.

Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Executive, Business Development, or Account Management.
Critical and fast thinking to understand a prospect's interest level in a Small Medium Enterprise environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage time effectively.
Self-starter and goal-oriented.
High energy and positive attitude.
Able to handle rejection and pressure.
