Field Sales Executive Role The Field Sales Executive will develop, drive, and grow Ninja Xpress's presence in Indonesia by expanding our social commerce market through a process-driven, coordinated sales effort with the local sales team.
They will also manage current clients to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Responsibilities Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
Make business approach calls to prospective clients.
Track prospects to identify decision makers, specific qualifications, and the best solutions that our company can offer to meet client needs.
Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Executive, Business Development, or Account Management roles.
Critical and fast thinking skills to understand a prospect's interest level within a Small Medium Enterprise environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Self-starter and goal-oriented mindset.
High energy and positive attitude.
Ability to handle rejection and pressure.
