Role Overview We are seeking a field service engineer who understands industrial products and is willing to be based at customer facilities to identify and convert business opportunities .
Job Description Identify customer needs accurately, provide quick solutions, and guide customers in product selection.
Handle customer complaints and issues, act as a liaison between JD and customers, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop customer procurement demand insights, explore business opportunities, cultivate ordering habits, coordinate procurement needs, and maintain cooperative relations.
Provide on-site e-commerce procurement services to large customers, collaborate with project teams to develop and implement commodity strategies, and promote GMV achievement.
Maintain customer relationships, understand internal procurement processes (from PO to PR), and conduct daily engagements with procurement personnel and users.
Assist customers in categorizing and standardizing procurement items and support their digitalization of procurement processes.
Qualifications Engineering or manufacturing background; fluent in Chinese and English.
Over 3 years of sales experience in manufacturing, with familiarity in MRO and B2B sectors preferred.
Knowledge of industrial products, familiarity with common brands, and experience in on-site industrial scenarios and product selection.
Experience in enterprise and government product marketing, with strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
High awareness of service quality, responsibility, and internet literacy; experience in e-commerce sales is a plus.
