Federal Business Development Manager Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA and is seeking a Federal Business Development Manager .?This is a full-time and hybrid position.
Roles & Responsibilities: Create pipeline of existing and new federal clients to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate accounts and expand business Identify growth opportunities by thoroughly understanding the needs of the business through active communication with the client Responsible for business development and capture efforts to successfully identify client needs, and collaborate with proposal team to translate requirements Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitor activities Prepare and deliver compelling capability presentations and technical proposals to prospective clients Attend events and network with relevant stakeholders Additional duties as assigned 5+ years of experience identifying and maintaining client relationships with various agencies within the Federal Government Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, or related field. Technical degree is a plus.
