**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Managing design process from conception through to final Product
- Creating concept & sketch designs, selects fabrics, patterns, colors, material
- Doing market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration
- Collaborating with PPIC (production planning & inventory control) to produce new product
- Collaborating with Digital marketing to campaign new product
**REQUIREMENT**:
- Bachelor Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Fashion Design
- Great interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Passionate, creative, and an enthusiast in Fashion Design profession
- Flexible, Fast learner & Hustler
- Able to demonstrate leadership and provide management with strategic recommendations for new products
**Skills required**:
- Corel Draw, Adobe Illustration, Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge Sewing Technique & stitching
- Pattern Making & Digital Pattern (Optitex program or equivalent is a plus)
- Experience with material and fabric
- Production process knowledge is a must.
