FACILITY & MAINTENANCE / GA MANAGER - SHOE MANUFACTURER (SEMARANG)**ABOUT OUR CLIENT****JOB SUMMARY**- Position: Facility & Maintenance / GA Manager- Division: Facility & Maintenance / GA- Location: Semarang- Industry: Shoe Manufacturer**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Infrastructure building and grounds maintenance, utilities, operates and maintains custodial functions including asset management and management reporting.- Responsible for MRO activity, mechanical, electrical, machinery, facility cleaning of production area, spare part turnover, project or installation of infrastructure.- Oversees and supervises the quality of work of the team to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.- Manages and reviews service contracts, project accomplishments.- Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.- Coordinate with the external department for GA activities i.e. maintenance service, car service, or any related.- Manage the overall general affair of the plant and ensure that activities are executed properly as planned.- Involving in safety, environmental and health concerns include report and compliance.- Handle common areas, such as shuttle bus provide, car-park, canteen, lighting system, waste disposal, etc.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Strong Integrity & Professionalism- Engineering background include civil, mechanical, electrical- Project management- Customer service orientation- Communication skills- Decision making- Problem solving- IT skills- Leadership- ** English spoken/written is a must****ACADEMIC & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:- Diploma or higher qualification in engineering or same level- 5 -10 years in related positions- Have experience in the labor-intensive industry, i.e. garments, shoe industry, etc.- ** Willing to stay in Semarang area**Directly drop your updated CV / Resume to our consultant.- Consultant Name: Almira Abiyya**Thank You and Good Luck!****Sunrecruit Indonesia.**People gateway for solutions.
