Responsibilities: Lead the facilities and building operations team Responsible for facility maintenance and repair, as well as day-to-day operations at a client's site, including the operational budget Manage the overall operational concerns and services, including safety and security, housekeeping, receptionist, and maintenance of the building automation, equipment, and supplies.
Maintain the service level of service contracts and vendors that are appropriate Requirements: Minimum bachelor's degree from a reputable university, majoring in civil, architecture, mechanical, electrical engineering, or any other relevant field.
Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience, including experience in a managerial capacity, managing the operations of a 24x7 Strong communication skills, including a proficient command of English.
