Job Overview: As Rigger/Operator Required for Erection Progress.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Identify and remove from site immediately any tools or lifting devices which are unsafe, damaged or defective. (Report to Rigging Superintendent.) Thoroughly inspect the machine / vehicle condition for any defects I damage which could potentially compromise safety. Any safety concerns found regarding the condition of the machine / vehicle should be reported immediately to the rigging superintendent. Foster a practice a safety-first culture within the Rigging Crew. Responsible and accountable for ensuring that good housekeeping discipline is employed at all times. Responsible for understanding precise instructions and ensuring that the suitably rated equipment required to carry out the instruction in a safe and timely manner is being used. Attend all Toolbox Talks. Responsible for reporting any incidents or near misses to the rigging superintendent immediately. Possess a good understanding of the Company HSE Policy, Philosophy and Procedures. Responsible for taking Instructions only from Signalman during all the Lift operations and to ensure that the Signalman is identified with High Visibility vests during the Lifting operations. High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with Code of Business Conduct Basic Qualifications: Ready to be placed anywhere according to job requirements. MIn. 1 year experience as Heavy Duty Rigger. Minimum Senior High School graduate or process relevant experience. Company Overview:
