F&B Sales Executive

Job Description We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, managing weekly sales orders, and building long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and key selling points to effectively communicate value to prospective customers.
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the foodservice industry, including restaurants, hotels, and retail outlets.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Sales Outreach & Pitching: Initiate contact via calls, visits, or digital channels.
Present our offerings tailored to the needs of different customer segments.
Conversion & Onboarding: Convert leads into active customers and guide new clients through the onboarding process for a smooth first transaction.
Market Intelligence Gathering: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine acquisition strategies and inform internal teams.
Requirements Based in Greater Jakarta Area.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English.
Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from the food service or hospitality sector (hotels, cafes, restaurants, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and Microsoft Excel.
