Export-Import & Freight Officer

**Your tasks**:

- Responsible for all import and export duties.
- Prepare, collect data related to imports and exports and handle shipping, receiving, and recording for international transactions.
- Supervise and coordinate import and export activities.
Ensure that they are monitored, reported and reviewed for accuracy, in accordance with applicable national laws, regulations, rules, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate shipments with customs agents to clear overseas shipments, handle offers from potential shippers and handle claims with insurance companies in case of delivery problems.
- Handle technical problems that occur in the field and regulate trucking operations for loading and unloading activities
- Negotiate and communicate with customers to arrange delivery schedules
- Prepare and carry out calculations and analysis of export import needs and shipping to all regions of Indonesia

**Your qualifications**:

- Understand the rules and regulations of the import process
- Ensure the implementation of all import policies
- Documenting shipments to ensure that the delivery process complies with customs regulations and provisions
- Mastering the workings of the PIB or PEB module and BC 23 reports
- Mastering import and export procedures, documents, banking facilities, and payment methods related to the EXIM process, managing shipments, export and import policies and laws.
- Have a strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations and other government requirements.
- Have English skills, both written and verbal
- Have good communication skills and can work with a team
- Clarity in communication, tact and good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and have good administrative skills
- Demonstrate work ethic, high responsibility and confidence as an Export import officer-
