1 year of Customer Service experience (Fresh Graduate welcome to apply)
High competency working with computer
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Excellent communication, intrapersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelly
Willing to work in shifting
