- Minimum Diploma, preferably Tourism & Hospitality graduates or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in same position
- Must be a highly and committed individual
- Communicative, responsible, discipline, good looking
- Familiar with Ms. Office
- Fluent in English both speaking & writing is preferable

**- Promote and sell sports club memberships.
- Process enrollments, renewals, and lapse notifications.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Receive facility reservations and generate facility usage reports.
- Manage membership administration.
- Handle complaints and special requests from members.
- Organize and assist with events and exhibitions.
- Supervise routine staff tasks.
