**Responsibilities**- Responsible for the Sales performance of Sales and Distribution Department, and support the Manager in achieving the sales target.- Manage and grow current accounts/channels by tracking revenue and product feedback, tracking sales activities, market analysis, and improve sales channel performance.- Gather market intelligence, monitor industry developments and competitor activity in the territory.- Work closely within the team to ensure total integration of plans within the entire sales and distribution system.- Conduct sales visit in order to get new potential agents and corporates for registration and maintain a good relationship with current agents and corporates.- Follow up on any issues related to ticket sales in order to ensure the best services to the customer.- Propose initiatives or programs to superior in order to increase the number of sales in the respective area.- Track and monitor the sales performance in the respective area.- Implement the activation event in order to increase the number of sales in the respective area.**Desired Skills & Experience**- For **Non-Airlines Industry background**: Diploma holder in any field with at least 3 years of commercial experience in sales and distribution. Knowledge of the airlines business is preferable (Non-Airline Industry)- For **Airlines Industry background**: Minimum 2 years experience in Sales & Distribution or other airlines industry background (i.e.: Check-in, Customer Service, Ticketing, Preflight)- Fluent in English - written and verbal.- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence upward, downward, and across the organization and geographic boundaries.- Creative, team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently to deadlines and under pressure.- Able to think strategically, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.- Willing to travel frequently, and willing to be placed all around AirAsia office in Indonesia.**We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
