Senior Executive Human Resources | Bachelor of Psychology | CHRP Cordlife is seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior Executive Human Resources to join our team.
You will play a vital role in managing HR functions, developing talent, and supporting organizational growth.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Support performance management and employee engagement efforts.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field.
CHRP certification is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in HR or related field.
