Job Responsibility EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEEPER: We Are Hiring EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER/ HOUSEKEEPER The role of an Executive Housekeeper/ Housekeeper is to oversee the entire day-to-day operations of a hotel's Housekeeping Department which includes managing staff, scheduling, budgeting and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
Primary Requirements Ø Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management/Housekeeping Management
Ø Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeper with major luxury hotel brands.
Ø Organizing the purchase of housekeeping supplies
Ø Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and standards
Ø Inspecting guest rooms, public areas and employee work areas
Ø Dealing with customer complaints and inquiries
Ø Maintaining, controlling, managing linen, staff uniforms and laundry services
Ø Must be able to work effectively and independently.
Ø Well-organized, have attention to detail, leadership, interpersonal communication and problem solving
