Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare BQ based on design drawings, tenders and work drawings
- Prepare unit price analysis for management (RAB + RAP)
- Estimated cost budget report to management
- Update vendor and supplier data at any time in order to provide a competent and effective subcontractor for each running project
- Ensure the raised PO is under budget
- Prepare Purchase Orders and keep updating progress reports
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Maximal age 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture and Interior Design with Minimal 2 years experience in relation field
- Having knowledge about MS Office, and AutoCAD
- Highly motivated, high attention to detail, and able to prioritize demands under tight deadlines
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
