Estimator Officer (Interior & Arsitektur)

Roles and Responsibilities:- Prepare BQ based on design drawings, tenders and work drawings- Prepare unit price analysis for management (RAB + RAP)- Estimated cost budget report to management- Update vendor and supplier data at any time in order to provide a competent and effective subcontractor for each running project- Ensure the raised PO is under budget- Prepare Purchase Orders and keep updating progress reportsQualifications and Education Requirements:- Maximal age 35 years old- Bachelor Degree in Architecture and Interior Design with Minimal 2 years experience in relation field- Having knowledge about MS Office, and AutoCAD- Highly motivated, high attention to detail, and able to prioritize demands under tight deadlines- Able to work independently or as part of a teamJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuKemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:- Serpong: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)Pengalaman:- bidang Estimator Interior (Diwajibkan)
