DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities: Provide ERP application support for all users across the group of companies

Perform Analysis of the production data entry against standard set

Take ownership of the problems and resolved in accordance with service level agreement and escalate where necessary to the appropriate team based on established guidelines & procedures

Analysis and document User/Customer Business Requirements

Assist in System Integration, program testing and customize report

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree IT / Accounting or have relevant experience in Data/Business Analyst would be given priority.

Advantage to have experience in Microsoft Dynamic System NAV / Others ERP system like SAP, Oracle

Good knowledge in Financial accounting

Should have a good logic and understanding about business process.

Microsoft Excel skills is a must.

Aside to technical, the successful candidate is someone who eager to learn, self-motivated and have team player mindset.

Highly confident with providing support and training to users
