Work closely with clients to understand business processes and translate them into functional requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to bridge business and technical needs.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and training end-users.
Experience with WMS platforms and ERP.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
Relevant certifications in ERP, WMS, or Business Analysis are a plus.
