The company offers various investment opportunities to contribute to improving the quality of life through safe and secure loan services.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate the operational execution of Enterprise Risk Management.Organize cross function assessments and updates on 6 Risk Profiles (Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance Risk, Legal Risk, Reputational Risk and Strategic Risk).Collaborate with various stakeholders including but not limited to Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, cross function leaders to generate and evaluate Risk Profiles and Financial Soundness Reports prior to prompt submission to OJK.Administer pre and post meeting documents of the Risk Management Committee, the Risk Oversight Committee and other Enterprise Risk Management meetings.
Follow up, track and update the progress of each action item as discussed in the committees' meetings.Actively monitor and review risk appetite, risk tolerance and limit of each risk profile, make recommendations as well as formalize company's policies and procedures.Support the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management infrastructure, tools, and systems.In charge as one of the key persons during internal and external audits relating to Enterprise Risk Management.Support Ad-Hoc risk projects to grow the business healthily and prudently.Qualifications:Analytical Skills and Risk Analysis expertise.Experience in Enterprise Risk Management.Background in Finance.Strong problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Relevant certification in risk management or related field is a plus.Knowledge in SQL or data analysis.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionFinance and Sales
