Job Description Lead the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.Drive the Reliability Pillar by establishing preventive maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies.Analyze machine data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in reliability and downtime reduction.Oversee the troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical breakdowns across the plant.Requirement Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering and maintenance management, ideally in heavy industry or manufacturing environments.Proven experience with TPM, RCM, and other reliability improvement programs.Strong technical knowledge of equipment such as transformers, dedusting systems, belt conveyors, and mixing systems.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, including experience with root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
