Job Summary Promote and sell the company's products with the objective to achieve profit margin and customer satisfaction within established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Maintain and support customer base by ensuring they are properly served.
General Responsibilities Meet with potential customers to market proposals and solutions, protecting clients from competitors.
Assist sales coordinators with customer inquiries.
Submit sales and order forecasts, tracking reports (won or lost cases), and other sales-related matters as required.
Participate in short, medium, and long-term sales and marketing planning to ensure sustainable profitability growth year-on-year.
Conduct presentations to key accounts, customers, end-users, consultants, and decision-makers about service offerings and team capabilities.
Ensure client payments are collected according to sales terms and conditions.
Engage in continuous learning to improve technical product sales skills and DKSH behavior.
Functional Skills and Knowledge Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant majors.
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Service Engineer.
Excellent interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Understanding of product objectives, customer requirements, products, services, operations, and processes.
Strong knowledge of the service industry.
Proficiency in strategic marketing, research, and sales skills.
Basic understanding of foreign trade regulations.
Excellent market analysis skills.
Good selling, negotiation, presentation, listening, speaking, writing in English, and computer skills.
Familiarity with company products related to data centers.
Education University Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or relevant majors.
