As our Employer Branding Specialist, you will contribute in strengthening Catalyst Employer Brand by being passionate in Marketing and Human Resources practices.
You will be responsible for creating employer brand to attract best in class talent.
**Description**:
- Create employer branding strategy aligned with recruitment goals.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to execute the strategy and ideas.
- Manage all channels or platforms of employee communication effectively, to promote the life and work experience at Catalyst.
- Drive current and new initiatives for employer branding.
- Encourage & advocate employees to be brand ambassadors.
**Requirements**:
- University Bachelor, majoring Psychology, Human Resources, Economy, or Management are preferred.
- Has minimum 3-years relevant experience as an Employer Branding.
- People enthusiast & strong in branding.
- A drive to self-start, to pursue excellence, and to learn and grow
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Preferably someone who has experience in a start-up company.
**Salary**: Up to Rp1 per year
