To make positive, solid, well-received, exceptional and consistent Niagahoster's employer brand image that portrays our employment side, which can attract the greatest talent to our company, we are looking for an Employer Branding Specialist. S/he will be responsible for devising and implementing employer branding strategies to optimize a company's presence and increase employer brand awareness to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates. Responsibilities:
Identify what, exactly, the company makes it so attractive to candidates and highlight our unique differentiators so that we can continue to stand out. Maintain and further develop via all current channels, be it online, social, print media, events etc. Ensure our career site continues to be a true and relevant reflection of who we are as an employer, keeping user experience and ‘The Human Element’ core to all you do. Continuously produce new content for on- and offline platforms, such as employee pics, articles, posts, blogs, internal communication portals etc. Assist in the defining of our Employer Branding Guidelines and SOPs. Utilize modern tools to HR such as SEO, viral video content etc to build unique and relevant traffic-driving channels. Plan, coordinate and execute events such as company visits, career fairs etc. Manage and drive continuous content from all our International Operations, whilst also effectively communicating and managing all communication channels both internally and externally. Partner with Talent Acquisition in the creation of relevant adverts, job descriptions etc, so that our employer brand is properly conveyed at all times. College education in HR, marketing, advertising or related fields is required. Fluent in English, written and spoken. Knowledge about social media, especially LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube. Experience with HR and HR-related communication is an advantage. Established relationships with potential employer branding partners, eg. Platforms or branding organizations. Ability to utilize metrics to demonstrate success in building /strengthening a company’s employer branding proposition. Experience in using data to tell compelling stories and securing buy-in. Strong interpersonal skills, the gravitas to work effectively with a wide range of internal clients and partners of varying levels of seniority. Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, while remaining composed, thorough and detail orientated. Resourceful able to think creatively and cost-effectively. Having a passion for marketing, analysis and creative thinking you will leverage modern and innovative technologies, initiatives and concepts to convey our amazing employer brand in an honest, realistic but engaging way, all throughout which developing and projecting our employee value proposition.
