Employer Branding Creative Designer Intern

Details of the offer

1.
Responsible for the visuals execution of Employer Branding communication materials.
2.
Maintain Employer Brand DNA for Amartha management staff as well as employees in the field.
3.
Create very imaginative job advertisements on a regular schedule.
4.
You might also edit creative videos and engage in other creatives medias

**Requirements**:
1.
Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Graphic Design/Visual Design/e-Commerce
2.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or any other design software
3.
Proven analytical thinking, a good understanding of the design process, and aesthetic sensitivity
4.
Collaboration experience in a fast-paced work environment
5.
Mindset to go above and beyond to seek new adventures
