Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities QHSE + Integrity & Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to Company & Corporate Policies, Code of Conduct, ISO standards, Quality Management System, Compliance, and HSE.
Continuously improve processes and procedures.
Implement and maintain MTU product electrical quality in all responsibilities.
Ensure installations and applications meet customer needs and safety standards.
Ensure electrical systems comply with national electrical codes and regulations.
Identify electrical potential issues in engines/products and develop innovative, effective solutions.
Assess needs for new equipment, calculate costs, and assist in budget preparation.
Evaluate engine/product operating data and malfunctions, coordinating with relevant teams and following up.
Coordinate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Document all commissioning procedures, adjustments, and troubleshooting efforts for compliance and traceability.
Travel to customer sites to address customer needs and requirements.
