Responsibilities QHSE + Integrity & Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with Company & Corporate Policies, Code of Conduct, ISO standards, Quality Management System, Compliance, and HSE.
Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Implement and maintain MTU product electrical quality within all responsibilities.
Ensure installations and applications meet customer needs and safety standards.
Ensure electrical systems are installed and operated in compliance with national electrical codes and regulations.
Identify electrical potential issues in engines/products and develop innovative, effective solutions.
Assess needs for new equipment, calculate costs, and assist in budget preparation.
Evaluate engine/product operating data and malfunctions in coordination with relevant teams and follow up.
Coordinate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Document all commissioning procedures, adjustments, and troubleshooting efforts for compliance and traceability.
Travel to customer sites to address their needs and requirements.
