Principal Responsibilities:1. Leadership:1.1. Influence On-site Operations teams to improve reliability of the plant assets.1.2. Supervise local vendor, service specialist, contractors and suppliers1.3. Collaborate with Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Supervisor and ElectricalTechnician in performing electrical job2. Operations:2.1. Perform reliability / Safety Audit of electrical systems and related workflows.2.2. Define and follow up on the resulting actions in collaboration with On-site OperationsTeam.2.3. Provide Electrical Systems technical support to the operating sites and RemoteOperating Centre as required3. Maintenance3.1. Implement of approved strategy for the sourcing, replacement, engineering,maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems.This includes:3.1.1. Defining which activities should be insourced or outsourced3.1.2. Standardization of equipment and service providers (incl. frame contracts)3.1.3. Identification, selection & development of service providers3.2. Identification of obsolescence issues and report to line manager for planning &execution of suitable upgrade & exchange programsstrategies and the associated data3.4. Ensure that maintenance for electrical systems is adequate, cost efficient and incompliance to Linde work processes3.5. develop of electrical scope of work during major turnarounds3.6. Create, Review and Improve maintenance task in CMMS SAP for the entire electricalequipmentProjects/Modifications- 4.1. Project/Modification4.1.1. Plan and carry out engineering program, including development of design,calculation, creating EMOC and technical review.4.1.2. Strongly documenting technical requirement in Scope of Work and Bill ofMaterial.4.1.3. Do and review Tender by creating Technical Bidding Evaluation (TBE).4.1.4. Coordinate activities concerning technical developments, scheduling, andresolution of engineering design and problems.4.1.5. Continuous Improvement of Maintaining fixed plant4.1.6. Coordinate and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing,controlling, integrating, and completing engineering projects within area ofassigned responsibility.4.1.7. Perform, coordinate and supervise project execution and control, includingtender process, evaluation, administration, and site construction, i.e.,fabrication, installation, commissioning, and quality assurance/qualitycontrol.4.1.8. Assess risks on the project and implement controls.4.1.9. Schedule and monitor project progress.4.1.10. Prepare and submit report to Line manager on project progress status on aregular basis.4.1.11. Demonstrate and encourage acceptance and implementation of LINDE HSEprograms and practices.4.1.12. Control expenditures within limitations of project budget.4.1.13. Create Project Closing Document which is include:- Background of project- Purpose- Saving Cost- Battery Limit- Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Report- Costing- Schedule Time- As-built Drawing4.1.14. Determine improvement target; find inefficiency root causes; determine andimplement action plan; measure results; standardize; and continue the sameprocess to other costly or inefficient programs using continuous improvementmethods.4.1.15. Develop and/or review all major modifications and configuration changes tothe electrical systems.4.1.16. Ensure update of the related plant documents in document managementsystem after modification4.2. For electrical systems of new plants or process units:4.2.1. Ensure relevant requirements are defined and reviewed by members of the team4.2.2. Ensure electrical system structures & vendors are compliant with Linde standardsand specific project/site requirements4.2.3. Participate in relevant project reviews and acceptance (incl. factory and siteacceptance tests, handover of systems)- 4.2.4. Ensure maintenance teams are trained to operate, maintain and troubleshoot the- new systems- 4.2.5. Ensure all necessary documents are handed over, are of good quality and are- stored in the Linde Gas Global Document Management system in a standardized- way- 4.2.6. Collaborate with vendors & service providers to ensure alignment with Linde- maintenance teams for troubleshooting and service.- 4.2.7. Support implementation of the 'Integrate new assets' workflow and ensure it is- applied through the Country Cluster with respect to electrical systems- 4.3. Troubleshooting- 4.3.1. Provide the site teams with necessary expert in electrical support for emergency- situations- 4.3.2. Doing local investigation of electrical system related trips- 4.3.3. Prepare contingency plans for site- 4.3.4. Develop root cause failure analysis for minor and major or repeated downtimes- 4.3.5. Implement learnings from incidents to Reliability Improvement team and LFREs'- 4.4. Reporting/Performance Management- 4.4.1. Downtime reporting of electrical system failures at sites
