Education Sales Consultant

We are the distributor of international educational products that helps children to learn better with hands-on material.
Currently, we are looking for a highly dynamic and number-driven sales and marketing representative to help us communicate our product to our customers and grow our market in Indonesia

As an education sales consultant, you will be taking charge to meet school representatives to promote our products and building professional relationships with them.
Our target markets mostly are kindergarten and elementary schools, education foundations, educational courses as well as children's development clinics.
- Mapping potential schools and approaching them to gather information regarding school needs.
- Present, promote, and sell educational, teaching, and classroom products using storytelling techniques to new schools.
- Act as an education consultant by providing a deep explanation of product knowledge to counselors, principals, teachers, and the head of the foundation.
- Analyze in-depth schools' needs through online meetings and offline meetings and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Achieve monthly targets, provide new sales leads, track sales reports to internal organization and continuously improve performance through feedback.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new schools by providing maximum after-sales services with fast response.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, interview programs, or other outreach activities to convert existing leads.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
**Our Qualification**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in sales or marketing in ed-tech or other educational industry fields is required for this position
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, communication skills, and organizational skills
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- High energy level, able to maintain self-motivation to meet business goals
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Excellent English and formal Indonesian languages both written and communication skills
- Domicile Location: Jakarta Barat / Tangerang

**Salary**: From Rp5,000,000 per month
