As **eCommerce Specialist**, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our eCommerce operations, with a focus on expanding our market reach, promoting new products, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to achieve Danfoss's eCommerce objectives.
This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of eCommerce strategies, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Capture and process orders and inquiries from locations outside the coverage of our existing partners
- Ensure prompt and efficient order fulfillment, working closely with internal teams to meet customer expectations
- Develop and execute strategies to promote and introduce new Danfoss' products into the market
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective online campaigns and promotions to drive product adoption
- Identify opportunities to replace the competition's install-base with our products
- Collaborate with sales and product management teams to develop competitive strategies and value propositions
- Enhance the online presence of Danfoss through various digital channels
- Develop and implement brand-building initiatives to increase awareness and visibility among target audiences
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the eCommerce sales funnel, including website usability, conversion rates, and customer experience

**Background & Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an eCommerce Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and online sales strategies
- Excellence project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with digital marketing and brand-building techniques
- Knowledge of online marketplaces, customer behavior, and industry trends
- Experience in the industrial or B2B eCommerce sector is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
