Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day website operations including product uploads, pricing, stock updates, landing page builds and content changesSupport execution of website campaigns, promotions, and special eventsConduct A/B testing on site elements to refine the user journey and increase conversion ratesMonitor website performance and flag issues related to stock, pricing, or content accuracyCoordinate with the creative team to ensure all banners and assets are optimized for web and mobileCoordinate with warehouse and CS teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer experienceAssist in analyzing sales data, traffic trends, and campaign performanceEnsure product listings follow brand and content guidelinesSupport A/B testing initiatives and basic UX improvementsPerform regular site audits to ensure all links, buttons, and discounts are functioning correctlyRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or website operationsTarget & detail-oriented with strong execution skillsComfortable working with Shopify, Excel, and basic analytics toolsGood communication and coordination skillsAble to multitask and work under tight deadlinesExperience in fashion or retail e-commerce is a plus
