Details of the offer

Liaise with Shipping department and store team over issues with regard to either orders or returns
- To assist Finance Department with customers on payment issues, any accounting enquiries and flagged accounting issues raised by customers, and sales reports.
- Provide concise record-keeping on daily basis.
- Provide daily and monthly report, such as Daily Sales Report and Daily Collection Report.
- Provide Weekly and Monthly reports, such as Gross Profit, Return and Refund Order, ERP Report, and Report Processing Order.
- Proceed with all payment requests through SAP (Refund, Billing, Others).
- More focus on creating product content and uploading it, including uploading all banners, editing and uploading product images.
- Executing all campaigns and strategies.
- Creating sale copy on each product's description.
- Price updating.
Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Experience as E-Commerce Administrator for a year will be an advantage.
- Have a genuine interest in fashion and current trends
- Ability to use own initiative and proven track record of having solved problems successfully.
- Punctual, well organized and enjoy working with details.
- Proficient computer and analytical skills, Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Photo Editor.
- Proficient in English.
