Duty Engineer (Building)

Duty Engineering (Building) s expected to be responsible for:- Planning & executing building maintenance, include public area.- Planning & executing building renovation / improvement.- Analysing problem and solve until root causes.- Being main person in charge in Project.- Making sure all building contracts & other compliances is fulfilled timely (included Environmental)- Budget planning- Engaging & working well with Vendor and inter department.- Minimum bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a reputable University- At least 3 years experience in Building operation, maintenance & improvement / renovation.- Experience in project management- Strong in analytical skill- Have a good & positive attitude.- Able to work on weekends / holidays if needed- Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software & other software skills"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
