Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Assist users with ride bookings, app functionalities, and payment inquiries. Effectively troubleshoot customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and address operational challenges. Stay informed about app updates, features, and ride-sharing trends to provide knowledgeable support. Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or ride-sharing industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software. A passion for technology and ride-sharing services. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
