Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with account management, subscription inquiries, and technical support. Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints to enhance user satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and resolution of issues. Stay informed about the latest music trends, platform features, and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a plus. Experience in customer support, preferably in the digital media or entertainment industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software. A passion for music and understanding of music streaming platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
