Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding product features, troubleshooting, and warranty information. Efficiently handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries. Stay informed about product developments and industry trends to provide accurate information. Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or retail sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive customer-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software. A keen interest in home appliances and technology.
