Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding smart home technology products, setup, and troubleshooting. Provide clear and comprehensive information to help customers maximize their experience with products. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about new smart home technologies and industry trends to deliver knowledgeable support. Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or smart devices, is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities. Comfortable using CRM systems and proficient with basic computer applications. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
