Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries about products, order processing, and delivery information. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring positive outcomes. Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient follow-up. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and online retail trends to provide knowledgeable support. Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the online retail or e-commerce sector. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications. Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
