Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding fashion products, sizing, order tracking, and return processes. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up. Collaborate with the fashion and logistics teams to resolve customer issues promptly. Stay informed about current fashion trends and product details to provide knowledgeable support. Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion or retail industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
