In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be responsible for managing Philips’ media strategy for regional & few markets in the APAC region, aiming to enable highest positive impact to the brand and sales, both for long term and short term. The scope is including the strategic planning & defining of buying requirements (both B2C & B2B) with a strong focus on digital performance media for the specific countries in co-ordination with Philips media agency partner and in-house media team. As part of the Digital Marketing and E-Commerce (DMEC) hub, be the single point of accountability’ vis-à-vis Philips media and the ‘one face’ to our media partners in countries.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with local and global media stakeholders. global media partners and agencies to plan and drive media performance & critical capabilities including contributing to transformational programs such as the further scaling of in-house media capability.

You are responsible for
Managing the media process and strategy in the markets/countries, cross business clusters & brand, including: ? Recommend the right strategy for the marketing activation both online and omnichannel campaign. Localization of global media briefs and translating them in local market briefing for global or regional marketing campaigns. Guiding marketing managers to translate their business needs in a fit-for-purpose media brief.? Approving media plans ? Identifying & leveraging cross-Philips synergies ? Managing the local PO & invoicing approval process concerning media.? Managing the ongoing tracking of media performance during the campaign and post-campaign evaluations including all touch-points, to enable analysis, feedback and continuous improvement. Keeping record of market and country media spend reporting? Working with central media team at key stages ? Main market point of contact for global Philips internal media and partnership leads and in-house media teams concerning media.? Managing the local relationship with the media agency & partners, as well as in-house media teams.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
8-10 years of experience in planning and managing media on agency side and corporate.? Strong experience in planning and management of traditional media, digital media/social media and performance marketing. ? Detailed understanding of key media channels such as SEA, Programmatic, Social, Affiliate marketing, OLV, major e-commerce media ecosystem and in general online channels.? Proven track record in managing up cross-channel media performance client-side and agency side.? Strong experience in managing relations with media agencies and partners.? Strong business acumen, P&L responsibility experience is an advantage. ? You are an entrepreneurial and results-driven personality who is highly analytical with strong strategic thinking. ? Excellent project management skills. ? Very good communication skills on senior management level. ? Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex media budgets, strategies and agencies. Strong command of written and spoken English Ability to converse in one of the following languages will be an added advantage: Thai, Vietnamese, or Bahasa
