The individual appointed will be responsible for managing and supporting the smoothness of day to day of Trade Operations & Services for Deutsche Bank Jakarta particularly for Bank Guarantee / Standby Letter of Credit product.
**General responsibilities are**:
- Coordinating all teams of Jakarta in managing Bank Guarantee/Standby Letter of Credit transactions.
- With coordination with Trade Operations & Services Manager, manages and assists for implementation of changes in law, uniform customs and practices, central bank regulations, and branch policies affecting bank guarantee / standby letter of credit transactions.
- With coordination with Trade Operations & Services Manager, reviews and shares opinion on non-routine matters relating to bank guarantee transaction and significant discrepancies which cannot be handled by subordinate officers.
- Ensure control & compliance procedures are followed and necessary documentations in place.
- Manage product delivery quality, ensuring consistency, and constant improvement to service levels
- Working closely with other with Regional Team, Sales, IT and other Operations for Trade product developments and implementations.
**Knowledge and Skills required**:
- Strong Bank Guarantee / Standby Letter of Credit processing and Trade Finance knowledge with minimum 3 years Trade Operations & Services experience.
- Good knowledge of all Trade Finance Products, i.e.
export, import and bank guarantee transactions.
- Good knowledge of the Trade Finance International practices, local regulations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
